Where is the nearest beach?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campsite is located 100 metres from the beach with private gate on the edge of L’Embouchure, the river Agly and Barcar\u00e8s Plage.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How far is the campsite from the cycle paths?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

To make the most of the seaside resort, there are 14km of cycle paths just outside the campsite. They run along the river Agly as well as the nearby beaches (Canet-en-Rousillon, Saint-Marie-la-Mer) and villages (Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Intermarch\u00e9, Lidl, Aldi and Marie Blach\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Where is the nearest train station?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Perpignan TGV station is approximately 30 minutes from the campsite.You can reach the campsite by taking bus number 10 to the Le Floride stop, which takes 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What does cancellation insurance cover?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ciela Village offers an optional \u2018Campez Couvert\u2019 Cancellation and Trip Interruption Insurance policy for an additional fee. Are water and electricity included in the price of the pitch?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Water is included at the communal toilet blocks or on the pitch with a “high comfort” supplement. Electricity is included for use up to a maximum of 10 amps.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

What type of electrical socket can be found on the pitches?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

The electrical sockets available on the pitches are CEE sockets and have a current rating of 10A.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to rent a fridge for campers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the rental service available at our campsite, you can hire all the equipment you need during your stay: bicycles, rollerblades, paddleboards, refrigerators, air conditioning, planchas, and more.To reserve your equipment, you will receive a Lokki link in your booking confirmation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Bed linen is only included in Prestige and Exception accommodation. If this is the case, this information is specified in the rental description on our website. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you have PRM accommodation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

We have two accessible accommodation units: Ciela Confort PMR (two-bedroom).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to rent a baby bed or high chair?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

With our hire service, you can hire a baby kit comprising a cot and a high chair.Simply add the baby kit as an option when you make your booking. On arrival, the kit will be left in your accommodation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only one vehicle is permitted to park near your mobile home.If you have a second vehicle, a visitors\u2019 car park is available for your use.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

For mobile home or chalet rentals, the minimum stay is two nights in low season and seven nights in high season.For pitches, the minimum stay is two nights.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the opening hours of the swimming pools?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The water park is open from 10am to 7pm in low season and from 10am to 8pm in high season.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

From what size is access allowed for the slides?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

The swimming pools are strictly reserved for campers.Access to the Space Hole and the Dome Slide is strictly prohibited for persons under 1.2 metres tall.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is the dress code required to enter the aquatic area?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

The swimming pools are strictly reserved for campers. The wearing of pants, T-shirts and overalls of any kind is prohibited for reasons of hygiene. For men, only lycra swimming costumes are accepted. The complete rules are displayed at the entrance of the pools.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do visitors have access to the campsite swimming pool?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our water parks are reserved exclusively for our guests. Thank you for your understanding. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How can I book?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can book directly via our website, in the “Reservation” section, by choosing the dates of your stay, the type of accommodation and the number of people required.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I pay my balance on arrival?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

The balance must be paid at the latest 1 month before your arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I add an extra person to my stay on arrival?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Any additional persons, including babies depending on the rental booked, will be refused, as well as any person whose identity has not been indicated at the time of booking. You must declare each of your accompanying persons.If you have failed to add a participant and exceed the maximum capacity of your accommodation,a penalty of \u20ac30 per day per person will be applied.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are bank cheques accepted as a means of paying the deposit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Bank cheques are not accepted as payment of the deposit. The following payment methods are accepted for the deposit: credit card (the amount is reserved but not debited from your account).For all accommodation bookings, a deposit of \u20ac250 will be required. For pitch-only bookings, a deposit of \u20ac100 will be required if you hire a fridge and\/or a griddle. Provided no damage has been noted during your stay, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you accept holiday vouchers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you taking the right vacaf?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the arrival and departure times?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Accommodation is available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. For camping pitches, check-in is from 12 noon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For holiday rentals, check-out is before 10am. For camping pitches, check-out must be before 11am. Are you leaving before reception opens? Don\u2019t worry! You can pop your keys in the postbox. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to choose your pitch or mobile home?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

The choice of pitch number or the choice of two adjoining pitches are additional options (\u20ac30 each option) at the time of booking, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is it compulsory to wear the bracelet?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wearing a wristband is mandatory for the duration of your stay. It cannot be removed and is intended for single use only, for access to the campsite and its structures.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When can I get my deposit back?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, provided no damage has been found.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is Fast Check-in?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Fast Check-in is a way to save time on arrival by allowing you to complete as many formalities as possible before you arrive.By completing just 5 steps, no later than 3 days before your arrival, you will receive the Fast Check-in logo and you will be able to obtain your wristbands for the whole family more quickly on arrival and enjoy the campsite as soon as possible. Fast check-in will be offered by e-mail after your booking confirmation. We advise you to do this to avoid waiting on site when you arrive.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I invite people from outside the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you receive external visitors, this is possible subject to acceptance by the management. Visitors must park in the “visitors” car park and report to reception upon arrival.Visitors are not permitted in the pool area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are barbecues allowed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Only gas barbecues and planchas are permitted.Charcoal, wood or electric barbecues and planchas are prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are pets allowed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

We welcome dogs, cats and ferrets, but please note the following important information:A daily fee of \u20ac6, payable at the time of booking, applies. Pets must always be kept on a lead. Their vaccinations must be up to date. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted. \u2018Exotic\u2019 pets are not permitted (snakes, spiders, rats, etc.). Dogs must be kept on a lead, including on the pitch you have hired. They are not allowed in the pool area, the children\u2019s play area or the toilet blocks. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you have a children’s\/youth club?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kids\u2019 club is open to all children aged 5 to 12, whilst the teens\u2019 club is for 13 to 17-year-olds. Treasure hunts, manual activities, towed buoy sessions, dance clubbing evenings, all of which will create unforgettable memories supervised by trained and professional entertainers. The clubs are free, with registration.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are there any shops on the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Inside the campsite, you will find a Casino grocery store.A rental service catering to all your needs (paddleboards, air conditioning, bicycles, rollerblades, planchas).The Cocoa Boutique, where you will find lots of souvenirs in the campsite’s colours (pens, soft toys, purses).The Information Point also offers tickets at a special Le Floride rate (Sigean African Reserve, Aqualand, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What kind of facilities does the campsite have?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our campsite also has a SPA wellness salon, a hairdresser, a multi-sports ground, a sports hall, archery and an aquatic area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is access to the Kahuna Center reserved for campsite guests only?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Access to the Kahuna Centre (Spa and Hair Salon) is available to campsite guests as well as external customers.Reservations can be made directly by telephone or on Planity.You will find all the necessary information in the menu, under the wellness section.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are the animations included?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
