Surroundings

Where is the nearest beach?

The campsite is located 100 metres from the beach with private gate on the edge of L’Embouchure, the river Agly and Barcarès Plage.

How far is the campsite from the cycle paths?

In order to enjoy the seaside resort, the cycle tracks are accessible from the campsite and cover 14km. They run along the river Agly as well as the nearby beaches (Canet-en-Rousillon, Saint-Marie-la-Mer) and villages (Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque).

How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?

The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Intermarché, Lidl, Aldi and Marie Blachère.

Where is the nearest train station?

The Perpignan TGV station is about 30 minutes from the campsite.
You can reach the campsite by bus n°10/ Le Floride stop. (45 minutes to the campsite)

What does cancellation insurance cover?

The “Cancellation” guarantee includes different types of cancellation. All random events, i.e. beyond your control (serious illness, serious accident or death…) For more information, please consult the general rental conditions available at the bottom of the page in the Download tab of the website.

Location

Are water and electricity included in the price of the pitch?

Water is included at the communal toilet blocks or on the pitch with a “high comfort” supplement. L’électricité est incluse pour une utilisation de 10 ampers maximum.

Quel type de prise électrique peut-on trouver sur les emplacements ?

The electrical outlets available on the pitches have an amperage of 10A.

Is it possible to rent a fridge for campers?

Thanks to our rental service, you can rent all the equipment you may need during your stay: bicycles, rollerblades, paddles, fridges, air conditioners and planchas…
To book your equipment, you will receive a Lokki link on your booking confirmation.

Rental

Are sheets and towels provided?

Sheets and towels are not provided on arrival. They are available as an extra with the Premium Kit. Cependant, le Kit Premium est déjà inclus dans les tarifs des Suites et des gammes Premium.

Do you have PRM accommodation?

We have two PRM accommodations, the “LIFE” models with their 32m² are at your disposal.

Is it possible to rent a baby bed or high chair?

Thanks to our rental service, you can rent a baby kit including a bed, a mattress and a high chair.
All you have to do is add the optional baby kit when you make your reservation. On arrival, the kit will be left in your accommodation.

Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?

Only one vehicle is allowed to park near your mobile home.
If you have a second vehicle, there is a visitor’s car park on the Embouchure side.

What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?

The minimum number of nights for a rental is two nights.
The minimum number of pitches is one night.

Swimming pool

What are the opening hours of the swimming pools?

The water park is open from 10am to 7pm in low season and from 10am to 8pm in high season.

From what size is access allowed for the slides?

The swimming pools are strictly reserved for campers.
Access to the Space Hole and the Dome Slide is strictly forbidden to people under 1.20m tall.

What is the dress code required to enter the aquatic area?

The swimming pools are strictly reserved for campers. The wearing of pants, T-shirts and overalls of any kind is prohibited for reasons of hygiene. For men, only lycra swimming costumes are accepted. The complete rules are displayed at the entrance of the pools.

Do visitors have access to the campsite swimming pool?

For visitors, access to the aquatic area can be added for a total price of 10€ per adult and 8€ per child,
only in low season and subject to availability (limited quota/day).

Réservation

How can I book?

You can book directly via our website, in the “Reservation” section, by choosing the dates of your stay, the type of accommodation and the number of people required.

Can I pay my balance on arrival?

The balance must be paid at the latest 1 month before your arrival.

Can I add an extra person to my stay on arrival?

Any additional persons, including babies depending on the rental booked, will be refused, as well as any person whose identity has not been indicated at the time of booking. You must declare each of your accompanying persons.
In the event that you have failed to add a participant and you exceed the maximum capacity of your accommodation,
a penalty of 30€ per day and per person will be applied.

Are bank cheques accepted as a means of paying the deposit?

Bank cheques are not accepted as payment of the deposit. The means of payment accepted for the deposit are: bank card (amount blocked but not debited from your account) or cash.
For rentals as well as for pitches, a deposit of 100€ and 500€ for rentals with Spa, is requested from the client from the day of arrival, in order to cover the establishment in case of damage in the campsite.
A partial or full deduction from the deposit may be made in the event of damage or soiling.

Do you accept holiday vouchers?

Payments can be made in cash, holiday vouchers,
bank cheques, or bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard)

Are you taking the right vacaf?

Payments can be made in cash. Our establishment is not a VACAF approved holiday centre.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Your rental will be available on the day of your arrival from 4pm.
And until the day of departure between 8:00 and 10:00.

Is it possible to choose your pitch or mobile home?

For this option, a supplement of 20€ in low season and up to 40€, depending on the type of rental in high season, will be charged to new customers. Previous customers can choose a pitch number by completing a pre-booking for the following year, subject to availability.

Is it compulsory to wear the bracelet?

Wearing a wristband is mandatory for the duration of your stay. It cannot be removed and is intended for single use only, for access to the campsite and its structures. A fee of 20€ per bracelet will be deducted from your deposit if it is not returned at the end of your stay.

When can I get my deposit back?

The deposit is automatically refunded at the end of the stay by the Swikly platform.

What is Fast Check-in?

Fast Check-in is a way of saving you time on arrival by offering to complete as many formalities as possible before your arrival.
By completing only 5 steps, no later than 3 days before your arrival, you will receive the Fast Check-in logo and you will be able to get your wristbands on arrival faster for the whole family and enjoy the campsite sooner. Fast check-in will be offered by e-mail after your booking confirmation. We advise you to do this to avoid waiting on site when you arrive.

Can I invite people from outside the campsite?

If you receive external visitors, this is possible subject to acceptance by the management. Outsiders must park in the visitors’ car park and report to reception on arrival.
In high season a deposit of 3€ per person is required at the reception. If the visit lasts less than 2 hours, the deposit will be refunded.
Beyond 2 hours, it will be kept (maximum visit: 12 hours). No refunds after 8pm.
For visitors, access to the aquatic area can be added for a total price of 10€ per adult and 8€ per child, only in low season and subject to availability (limited quota/day).

Are barbecues allowed?

Only gas barbecues and planchas are allowed,
Barbecues and planchas, whether charcoal, wood or electric, are prohibited.

Are pets allowed?

Only one animal is allowed per pitch, dog or cat.
All pets must be declared at the time of booking and are subject to an additional charge on arrival. The rate is 4€ per day in low season and 8€ per day in high season. Les chiens susceptibles d’être dangereux (catégories 1 et 2) sont refusés. They must be non-aggressive and must be kept on a lead.

Services/Entertainment

Do you have a children’s/youth club?

The children’s club welcomes all children from 4 to 12 years old, while the teenagers’ club welcomes 13-18 year olds. Treasure hunts, manual activities, towed buoy sessions, dance clubbing evenings, all of which will create unforgettable memories supervised by trained and professional entertainers. The clubs are free, with registration.

Are there any shops on the campsite?

Inside the campsite you will find a Casino grocery shop.
A rental service to suit all your needs (paddles, air conditioning, bicycles, rollerblades, planchas).
The Cocoa Boutique where you will find plenty of souvenirs in the colours of the campsite (pens, cuddly toys, purses).
As well as the Info Point offers you tickets at a special Le Floride rate (African Reserve of Sigean, Aqualand…).

What kind of facilities does the campsite have?

Our campsite also has a SPA wellness salon, a hairdresser, a multi-sports ground, a sports hall, archery and an aquatic area.

Is access to the Kahuna Center reserved for campsite guests only?

Access to the Kahuna Center (Spa and Hairdressing) is available to the campsite’s clientele but also to external clients.
Reservations can be made directly by phone or on Planity.
You will find all the information you need in the menu, under the heading “well-being”.

Are the animations included?

Some of our activities are not included in the price of your stay.
To check the prices, you can connect to our Cool n’ Camp application. Payment for the latter is made at the Cocoa Boutique.

Is it possible to rent bicycles on site?

Thanks to our rental service, you can rent all the equipment you may need during your stay: bicycles, rollerblades, paddles, fridges, air conditioners and planchas…
To book your equipment, you will receive a Lokki link on your booking confirmation.
