Surroundings
Where is the nearest beach?
The campsite is located 100 metres from the beach with private gate on the edge of L’Embouchure, the river Agly and Barcarès Plage.
How far is the campsite from the cycle paths?
To make the most of the seaside resort, there are 14km of cycle paths just outside the campsite. They run along the river Agly as well as the nearby beaches (Canet-en-Rousillon, Saint-Marie-la-Mer) and villages (Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque).
How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?
The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Intermarché, Lidl, Aldi and Marie Blachère.
Where is the nearest train station?
Perpignan TGV station is approximately 30 minutes from the campsite.
You can reach the campsite by taking bus number 10 to the Le Floride stop, which takes 45 minutes.

What does cancellation insurance cover?
The “Cancellation” guarantee covers various types of cancellation scenarios. All random events, i.e. events beyond your control (serious illness, serious accident or death, etc.). For further information, please consult the general terms and conditions of hire available at the bottom of the page in the Download tab on the website.
Location
Are water and electricity included in the price of the pitch?
Water is included at the communal toilet blocks or on the pitch with a “high comfort” supplement. Electricity is included for use up to a maximum of 10 amps.
What type of electrical socket can be found on the pitches?
The electrical outlets available on the pitches have an amperage of 10A.
Is it possible to rent a fridge for campers?
Thanks to the rental service available at our campsite, you can hire all the equipment you need during your stay: bicycles, rollerblades, paddleboards, refrigerators, air conditioning, planchas, and more.
To reserve your equipment, you will receive a Lokki link in your booking confirmation.
Rental
Are sheets and towels provided?
Bed linen is only included in Prestige and Exception accommodation. If this is the case, this information is specified in the rental description on our website.
Do you have PRM accommodation?
We have two PRM accommodations, the “LIFE” models with their 32m² are at your disposal.
Is it possible to rent a baby bed or high chair?
Thanks to our rental service, you can hire a baby kit comprising a cot, mattress and high chair.
Simply add the baby kit as an option when making your booking. On arrival, the kit will be left in your accommodation.
Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?
Only one vehicle is permitted to park near your mobile home.
If you have a second vehicle, visitor parking is available on the Embouchure side.
What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?
For mobile home or chalet rentals, the minimum stay is two nights.
For pitches, the minimum stay is one night.
Swimming pool
What are the opening hours of the swimming pools?
The water park is open from 10am to 7pm in low season and from 10am to 8pm in high season.
From what size is access allowed for the slides?
The swimming pools are strictly reserved for campers.
Access to the Space Hole and the Dome Slide is strictly prohibited for persons under 1.2 metres tall.
What is the dress code required to enter the aquatic area?
The swimming pools are strictly reserved for campers. The wearing of pants, T-shirts and overalls of any kind is prohibited for reasons of hygiene. For men, only lycra swimming costumes are accepted. The complete rules are displayed at the entrance of the pools.
Do visitors have access to the campsite swimming pool?
For visitors, access to the aquatic area can be added for a total price of €10 per adult and €8 per child,
only in low season and subject to availability (limited quota per day).
Reservation
How can I book?
You can book directly via our website, in the “Reservation” section, by choosing the dates of your stay, the type of accommodation and the number of people required.
Can I pay my balance on arrival?
The balance must be paid at the latest 1 month before your arrival.
Can I add an extra person to my stay on arrival?
Any additional persons, including babies depending on the rental booked, will be refused, as well as any person whose identity has not been indicated at the time of booking. You must declare each of your accompanying persons.
If you have failed to add a participant and exceed the maximum capacity of your accommodation,
a penalty of €30 per day per person will be applied.
Are bank cheques accepted as a means of paying the deposit?
Bank cheques are not accepted as payment of the deposit. The following methods of payment are accepted for the deposit: credit card (amount blocked but not debited from your account) or cash.
For rentals and pitches, a deposit of €100 and €500 for rentals with a spa is required from the customer on the day of arrival to cover the establishment in the event of damage to the campsite.
Part or all of the deposit may be retained in the event of damage or soiling.
Do you accept holiday vouchers?
Payments can be made in cash, holiday vouchers,
bank cheques, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard).
Are you taking the right vacaf?
Payments can be made in cash. Our establishment is not a VACAF approved holiday centre.
Stay
What are the arrival and departure times?
Your rental will be available on the day of your arrival from 4 p.m. onwards.
And until the scheduled departure day between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Is it possible to choose your pitch or mobile home?
The choice of pitch number or the choice of two adjoining pitches are additional options (€30 each option) at the time of booking, subject to availability.
Is it compulsory to wear the bracelet?
Wearing a wristband is mandatory for the duration of your stay. It cannot be removed and is intended for single use only, for access to the campsite and its structures. A fee of 20€ per bracelet will be deducted from your deposit if it is not returned at the end of your stay.
When can I get my deposit back?
The deposit is automatically refunded at the end of the stay by the Swikly platform.
What is Fast Check-in?
Fast Check-in is a way to save time on arrival by allowing you to complete as many formalities as possible before you arrive.
By completing just 5 steps, no later than 3 days before your arrival, you will receive the Fast Check-in logo and you will be able to obtain your wristbands for the whole family more quickly on arrival and enjoy the campsite as soon as possible. Fast check-in will be offered by e-mail after your booking confirmation. We advise you to do this to avoid waiting on site when you arrive.
Can I invite people from outside the campsite?
If you receive external visitors, this is possible subject to acceptance by the management. Visitors must park in the “visitors” car park and report to reception upon arrival.
During high season, a deposit of €3 per person is required at reception. If the visit lasts less than 2 hours, the deposit will be refunded.
Beyond 2 hours, it will be retained (maximum visit: 12 hours). No refunds after 8 p.m.
For visitors, access to the aquatic area can be added for a total price of €10 per adult and €8 per child, only during low season and subject to availability (limited quota per day).
Are barbecues allowed?
Only gas barbecues and planchas are permitted.
Charcoal, wood or electric barbecues and planchas are prohibited.
Are pets allowed?
We accept dogs, cats, and ferrets, but here is some important information to keep in mind:
A daily fee of €6 is payable upon booking. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. Their vaccinations must be up to date. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted. Exotic pets are not accepted (snakes, spiders, rats, etc.).
Dogs must be kept on a leash, including on the rented pitch. They are not allowed in the aquatic area, the children’s playground or the sanitary blocks.
Services/entertainment
Do you have a children’s/youth club?
The children’s club welcomes all children from 4 to 12 years old, while the teenagers’ club welcomes 13-18 year olds. Treasure hunts, manual activities, towed buoy sessions, dance clubbing evenings, all of which will create unforgettable memories supervised by trained and professional entertainers. The clubs are free, with registration.
Are there any shops on the campsite?
Inside the campsite, you will find a Casino grocery store.
A rental service catering to all your needs (paddleboards, air conditioning, bicycles, rollerblades, planchas).
The Cocoa Boutique, where you will find lots of souvenirs in the campsite’s colours (pens, soft toys, purses).
The Information Point also offers tickets at a special Le Floride rate (Sigean African Reserve, Aqualand, etc.).
What kind of facilities does the campsite have?
Our campsite also has a SPA wellness salon, a hairdresser, a multi-sports ground, a sports hall, archery and an aquatic area.
Is access to the Kahuna Center reserved for campsite guests only?
Access to the Kahuna Centre (Spa and Hair Salon) is available to campsite guests as well as external customers.
Reservations can be made directly by telephone or on Planity.

Are the animations included?
Some of our entertainment and activities are not included in the price of your stay.
To view the prices, please log in to our Cool n’ Camp app. Payment for the latter is made at the Cocoa Boutique.
Is it possible to rent bicycles on site?
Thanks to our rental service, you can hire all the equipment you might need during your stay: bicycles, rollerblades, paddleboards, refrigerators, air conditioning units, planchas, and more.
